Best Beer Near Vancouver: Port Moody Brewer’s Row

Port Moody Brewer’s Row  – A Beer and Dog Lover’s Heaven

If you love beer and are in Vancouver, go to Brewer’s Row in Coquitlam! Although, it’s 20 to 30 minutes outside of downtown, buses run directly to it since it’s become a ‘destination’ of its own. Brewer’s Row is a row of breweries (shocker) on Port Moody. They run directly beside the inlet and a park. All breweries are within walking distance of one another, and of a dog park on Port Moody. And the best part? Two of the breweries are dog-friendly: Parkside Brewery allows you to hang with your dogs on their patio, plus has a food truck and fun weekday events. It was packed and lively on the Tuesday and Wednesday we visited (yes, we went twice in a row).  Moody Ales also allows dogs on their patio, and has excellent beer. I particularly loved their pale ale that was aged in a Cabernet barrel. It was one of my favorite beers I’ve had in some time.
